I am 40, I delivered 4 babies in about 5 and a half years. I was an athlete when I was younger, and I've been wanting to diet and exercise and get back to a more fit body for a while now, but life kept me busy.
In the first 4 weeks of dieting and ... doing the core exercises and LISS from The Mommy Tummy Fix program, I have lost 23 pounds, a pant size, 2 shirt sizes, and I can feel my core getting stronger. After only 3 weeks of your exercises, I can tell it (my 4-finger DR gap) has closed to only a 3 finger wide gap! The best part is that I am already back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I can wear dresses without my stomach causing them to stick out too far anymore, and I'm barely over half way through the program!
I do not want to look forward to finishing the 8 weeks of this diet or The Mommy Tummy Fix core workouts, only to revert back to my old [habits]. Thank you so much for helping me to see that! This is a life long change.
